Blizzard vs Free Speech, Violence on Twitch, the First Cyborg, and New Releases

This week is dominated by nerd culture colliding with social issues.  Blizzard suppresses free speech in order to secure Chinese money. The recent mass shooting in Germany misuses Twitch to stream violence.  A terminally ill doctor transforms himself into the first cyborg. There is some new information released on Playstation 5 and Disney+ reveals their initial programming for their November 12th launch.  We also discuss the unusual start to Fortnite season 11.

About: Steve Vingua

I started this site because I love to share my opinion on many nerd subjects and found that often times I am sought out by friends to give my perspective. I started writing movie reviews and found it very therapeutic to put my thoughts out there. With some encouragement from my brother, The Nerd Cantina was born.
